Curved Amnihook

Our Amniotome’s feature a curving, specifically for the gentler midwifery model of care.

The specially curved forward edge fits between two fingers as the instrument is smoothly pushed into the cervix. Through a series of delicate movements with both fingers, the amniotic membrane is ruptured with minimized risks of trauma to foetus and mother.
