Birth Certificates
These lovely birth certificates were designed here at Mama Goddess Midwifery ad are a perfect little gift to give new parents.
Our gold border option is printed on ivory linen paper, and our flower border option is printed on laser paper with a faded daisy image in the background.
Each certificate has a place for the baby’s name, weight and length as well as their parents names, and midwives names~
We have two different border options and two different birth choices.
Each border has two choices: “Home Birth certificate” and simply “Birth Certificate” and each comes in an envelope of six
